Message from the CEO
「人種国籍に関係なく、
誰もが大切な人をもっと自由にお祝いできる日本にしたい」
この想いから、2025年1月に株式会社FELIGARを設立しました。
私は約9年間、株式会社リクルートのゼクシィで
全国の結婚式場・ホテルの販促営業に携わってまいりました。
日本の婚礼業界は少子高齢化や結婚式実施率の低下など、
さまざまな課題に直面しています。
そんな中、群馬県のブラジル人コミュニティと出会い、
身近に住む外国人の皆さんが結婚式含めた「お祝い」を
とても大切にする文化を持っていて、強く感銘を受けました。
いま日本には376万人を超える在留外国人が暮らしており、
今後も増加が見込まれています。
言葉や文化の壁はまだ多くありますが、
「大切な人をお祝いしたい」という気持ちに
人種国籍は関係ありません。
社名のFELIGAR(フェリガー)は、
創業のきっかけであるブラジルの公用語ポルトガル語の
「felicidade（幸せ）」と「ligar（繋げる）」の造語です。
弊社は、外国人の皆さんと結婚式会場を繋ぎ、
「幸せを繋げる」架け橋となるサービス
『iry アイリー』を主軸に、
誰もが心から祝福し合える社会の実現を目指しています。
President and CEO: Tatsuya Igarashi
Born in 1989 in Akita Prefecture.
Graduated from Meiji University Faculty of Law in 2012.
After graduating, he joined a commercial production company and was involved in all aspects of production work.
In my third year, I was involved in a new business project for a Taiwanese corporation, where I mainly worked on administrative projects, supporting local market development and promotion.
In 2016, he moved to Recruit Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for a wide range of marketing activities for the wedding information magazine Zexy, from local small and medium-sized enterprises to the largest companies in Japan.
He manages a team while working on developing business strategies and supporting customer acquisition for the companies he supervises.
Combining the upcoming changes and developments in the bridal industry with the increase in foreign residents, FELIGAR Co., Ltd. was founded in 2025 with the desire to create a society in which everyone can celebrate their loved ones more freely, regardless of race or nationality.
