iry Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope and Agreement)

1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “iry” (the “Service”) provided by FELIGAR Inc. (the “Company”). Users (the “Users”) shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

2. Any rules, guidelines, notices, or other provisions presented by the Company in connection with the Service on the Company’s website or through individual communications (including email, LINE, WhatsApp, etc.) shall constitute part of these Terms.

3. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

 

Article 2 (Overview of the Service)

1. The Service helps Users clarify and organize their needs regarding weddings, parties, and related events, introduces venues and other business partners affiliated with the Company (the “Partners”), and, where appropriate, supports scheduling (such as venue tours and meetings) and provides communication assistance with consideration for language and cultural differences.

2. The Company may outsource all or part of its operations related to the Service to third parties.

3. The Company does not guarantee that it will introduce Partners that perfectly match a User’s preferences, nor does it guarantee continuous introductions.

 

Article 3 (Fees)

1. Unless the Company separately designates certain services as paid services, the Service (including venue search and introduction) is generally provided free of charge.

2. However, Users shall bear any costs necessary to use the Service, including but not limited to communication charges, transportation expenses, and equipment-related costs.

 

Article 4 (Paid Optional Services)

1. If a User uses any paid optional services provided by the Company, such as accompaniment support, translation support, day-of-event attendance, or other optional services (collectively, the “Optional Services”), the User shall comply with the Company’s “Optional Services Terms” and any other rules designated by the Company.

2. With respect to the Optional Services, if the provisions of these Terms differ from those of the terms and rules applicable to the Optional Services, the provisions applicable to

the Optional Services shall prevail.

 

Article 5 (Provision of Information, Communication, and Personal Information)

1. Users shall provide the Company with true and accurate information, including their preferences and contact details, when using the Service.

2. The Company may share a User’s information (including preferences and contact details) with Partners to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

3. The handling of personal information shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 

Article 6 (Audio/Video Recording)

1. For the purpose of improving service quality and confirming the details of customer support, the Company may audio- and/or video-record calls or online consultations provided as part of the Service with the User’s consent, and may use such recordings within the scope of the above purposes.

2. Users shall not audio- or video-record, nor disclose to any third party, any communications with the Company or its Partners (including in-person meetings, phone calls, and online communications) without the other party’s prior consent.

 

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

1. Users shall not engage in any of the following conduct:

(1) Providing false information or impersonation

(2) Causing nuisance, defamation, or interference with the operations of the Company, Partners, or third parties

(3) Unauthorized access, violation of laws or regulations, or conduct contrary to public order and morals

(4) Reproducing, reposting, or otherwise using the Company’s materials, responses, or content related to the Service without the Company’s permission

(5) Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate

 

Article 8 (Suspension or Restriction of the Service)

1. If a User violates these Terms, or if the Company deems the User’s conduct inappropriate, the Company may, without prior notice, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service and/or refuse the User’s future use of the Service.

 

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The content of products and services provided by Partners, their contract terms, the feasibility of event implementation, and their business status are the responsibility of the Partners. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such information. Users shall review the relevant information and contract terms at their own responsibility and enter into contracts directly with Partners.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users in connection with the Service, except in cases where the Company has acted with willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any inability to provide the Service due to communication failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, or other reasons not attributable to the Company.

 

Article 10 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

1. Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not become part of any anti-social forces and that they do not have and will not have any relationship with such forces.

 

Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms)

1. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary.

2. In the event of any amendment, the Company will notify Users of the amended terms and the effective date by posting on the Company’s website or by any other method the Company deems appropriate.

3. The amended Terms shall apply from the effective date announced by the Company.

 

Article 12 (Language)

1. Even if the Company provides a translated version of these Terms, such translation is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

 

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
